Delivery Consultant IT
Are you a delivery consultant looking to join a IT company renowned for staff satisfaction and excellent retention rates, as well as a fantastic commission scheme.
We are working with a client who have offices in both Birmingham and Southampton. It doesn’t matter if your background is perm or contract recruitment as they have the facilities for both, but ideally you will come from a IT recruitment background.
Why make the move? Well if you are unhappy in a current role, there is a strong chance you are either not rewarded well for your successes, or as a whole your company struggle to retain staff. Neither of those are an issue here, with commission rates for perm placements going up to 40% and contract hires up to 25%, all done on a quarterly basis. They also can brag about incredible staff retention rates, when you are in the door there are not many better places to go. There are also yearly trips to the likes of Dubai or Rio to keep you fully motivated!
You will also have the chance to learn from the best, there is a real emphasis on training, which you will get involved with and help impart your knowledge to junior members of the team.
You’ll have at least 24 months of 180 recruitment experience, with a track record of being able to find great candidates for great clients, and taking briefs to fully understand the clients needs. You will be happy talking to senior candidates about technical roles.
You will need to live a commutable distance to either office as you will spend the majority of time in the office. They pride themselves on how well everyone collaborates and shares information, and there really is a positive atmosphere within the office.
From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £25,000 – £30,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too. You will also be working a company who truly value ethics and the planet and make a real positive impact on the planet.
