Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a natural flair for generating new business?

I’m looking for a real ‘go getter’ to join an agency who specialise in the engineering and manufacturing recruitment sectors. They pride themselves on working in an honest, open and ethical way, which is at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help push their business on to the next level across the UK.

Although based on the south coast this role can be remote based for the right person, so you will be given the respect and trust to be able to build your own desk without being micromanaged. Your ambition, work ethic and communication skills will need to be second to none and you’ll be able to work seamlessly alongside experienced consultants for the greater good of the business.

You’ll need to bring with you a demonstrable solid billing history and a proven background in winning new business. Added to that a friendly, confident and professional demeanour and your quids in.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary up to £37,000 (DOE) along with a very beneficial commission scheme up to 20%. There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line.
