Senior Recruitment Consultant Hospitality

Are you a senior recruitment consultant, looking for a new role within perm hospitality recruitment?

We are working with a client based in Central London, just north of the river, in their lovely office.

You’ll have at least 3 years experience in a 360 role, with a great billing record and be a natural at business development, with multiple examples of bringing greats clients on board and of course, providing them with high calibre candidates.

If you happen to be a foodie, that will be a massive bonus, a lot of the conversations are based around meals so you will eat well be here. There are incentives around Michelin star restaurants as well!

You’ll be experienced within either contract catering or events recruitment, being used to placing staff from first roles through to senior hires. You will be used to working in a small team and enjoy the office comradery that goes with that. If you have contacts you can bring with you, naturally that is excellent, but you will also be used to brining on great new clients.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £35,000 – £45,000 DOE, with some great incentives like a EOY bonus to go alongside a commission scheme that can see you earning very well.
